We began working with David Fraser in September 2016 and closed on our Orlando home, near UCF, in December 2016. David and his team, Chris (Buyer's Agent) and Courtney (Executive Assistant) did an outstanding job keeping us up to date and also coaching us through the closing process. David spent 5 one-on-one days with us touring homes and Chris spent one. During the home tours they listened to our needs and desires, gave helpful insights and helped us identify pros and cons for each property. Additionally, David (or one of his team) would respond to our emails and calls within 24-48 hours if they didn't immediately answer the phone or email (which was quite often). David also made sure we had contacts with the right people in our new community to address any of our housing needs and services. David was extremely responsive and committed to finding the right property in the right location. We looked at more homes than intended due to the highly active market and David was with us the entire way. When we finally had our bid accepted on a property, David was at the forefront to ensure the details we needed addressed were addressed in an expeditious manner. On the final walk-thru we discovered that some of the contractual details were violated. David made sure that everything was remedied so that we could proceed with the closing. David never says no. He anticipates issues and does his best to advise us on the best way to avoid problems. He is highly recommended.

David & his team were great to work with in a process that can be quite stressful. We first discussed the sales price of our home and he was very knowledgable on getting it to the right price---since it sold in 2 days at asking price! His photographer showed the home in the best light and we had 7 people visit in the first 2 days. Then came the rush of finding a home and they showed us all the homes that we chose with some additional great advice. Once we chose a home the negotiations were done professionally and any "bumps" were smoothed out by the Fraser team. We have now been in our new home a couple of days and couldn't be happier!

About David

I am a lifelong Orlando resident who has been a Realtor for 29 years. The past ten years I have been with Keller Williams and for 20 years prior with Coldwell Banker. I still am in contact with the first person I sold a home to back in 1992. It is my goal to give quality service to you whether you are purchasing a $50k condo or a mansion of several million. I specialize in waterfront property and am very in tune with the SE and SW areas of Orlando. I enjoy all aspects of this business from working with the first time Buyer to the savvy Seller who has been involved in numerous transactions. Working with those relocating in or out of Orlando in an area I have worked for many years. 

Personally I have been married for 20 years and have three wonderful children. I grew up in the Conway area of Orlando and went to Boone High School and the University of Central Florida where I got my business degree. I now live in the Doctor Phillips area of Orlando. We are members of the Holy Family Catholic Church. I am a sportaholic and love anything UCF, The Orlando Magic, Miami Dolphins or any sports or activities my children are involved. I have been a member of the Disaster Action Team with the American Red Cross since I was 13 and have helped people through Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Wildfires and much more. In September 2010 by the grace of God I was given a second lease on life when I received a liver transplant. This began a new mission in my life of promoting the importance of organ donation.
