Susan graduated from Dartmouth College and worked in the investment banking and high-tech industries for 25 years before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007. Susan’s real estate clients benefit from her professionalism and skill accumulated through top-notch education, experience in the demanding business world, and an active real estate career.

Susan has successfully negotiated deals for both buyer and sellers on a wide range of properties including downtown condos, new construction, residential lots, lakefront, investment properties and luxury estates. Susan’s passion for service and expertise gives her clients a definite edge in Austin’s competitive real estate market.

Raised in Hawaii, Susan lived and worked in San Francisco and New York City before making her way to Austin in 1999. She’s never looked back, but she has helped many friends and family relocate to the Texas State capital.

Susan embraces the Austin lifestyle, lives downtown and loves sampling all the city has to offer. She loves to catch local theater productions at the Austin Playhouse, exercise on nearby hike and bike trails, and is always game to try the latest restaurant. This avid reader also supports and volunteers for Bookspring, a non-profit organization that provides books and services to promote reading growth among low income children. She has actively served on their Board, spending two years as President.
