Tonja listened to what we were interested in and put together a group of homes for us to see. She shared with us what she thot we could offer for various homes after we had viewed them. Walking out of a home that had JUST come on the market we knew we wanted to put an offer on she made a couple of suggestions and then immediately called the listing agent. We got the documents ready that afternoon and by the next day our offer was accepted. Since we were out of town and only there for a week she arranged to have the inspection while we were in town so that we could be there and also worked closely with our mortgage broker to make sure we had everything turned in that we needed. She was our representative at the closing and took care of keys. She had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process.

Tonja is an outstanding buyer’s agent. My first hint that she was above and beyond your average realtor was her responsiveness. She responded to my initial email within five (5) minutes. Her timeliness and communication (by email and phone) continued throughout the whole process of purchasing my home. She also exhibited an above average knowledge and expertise of the communities and the current real estate market I was working within. These combined with her patience and work ethic resulted in my closing on a home in a community I never dreamed of living in at the price point I had established.

We found Tonja to be very honest, flexible, professional and HUMAN..Tonja was very clear in describing each home ,it's strengths and weaknesses and applied these ideas specifically to our particular home buying goals.She offered us a breadth of choices and allowed us to make our own decisions vs. directly us into a "quick commission" bad choice. She knew the marketplace and all the support organizations in Florida to facilitate the closing. Tonja was also very accessible and responsive to any media input ( email, text or cell)..Lastly, I'd say she was genuinely happy for us finding the home we had hoped to find..
