Dear Potential Buyer/Seller, Whenever I find an exceptional service provider, I always want to share that "find" with others. In 2019, I decided to sell my parents' house on Diamond Point, a secluded area 10 miles east of Sequim, WA. Their house was built in 1980 and was in its original condition. The problem was I live in San Diego, CA 1100 miles away. I went online, researched realtors in the Sequim area and developed a short list of names to interview. Okay, now all the improvements/upgrades have been completed. It is the end of November and the house was put on the market. My first thought was the house will not sell until the summer. Well, the property had been on the market less than two weeks when we received a very competitive offer, which we accepted. The sale closed one month after the property went on the market. As a long distance client, Trisha Cobb met or exceeded all my expectations; many times, she went above and beyond to get the property ready for market.
