May 20, 2014RecommendationAt the beginning of year 2014, my wife and I were in search of a condo in Florida. We thus began our searches on the East coast of the Florida during our wintry holidays. We met some real-estate agents who showed us condos.Then friends spoke to us about the West coast of the Florida, more specifically Naples. We informed me that this place is much more safer than the East coast and my searches on the Internet confirmed this information. We thus went to Naples and liked this city. This place is magnificent and very different. We do not see big tower there and people seem to live with a less stressful rhythm.Then we put ourselves in search of condos and the first agent we met is Mr. Barry Hoey. What a fortunate day! Immediately contacted, Barry Hoey set to work and showed us several places. Unfortunately, our holidays ended and we had to leave Florida without having found our condo. Already, we had understood the importance of the real estate agent. Barry Hoey inspired us confidence contrary to certain agents as we had met.Mr. Hoey continued to send us listings and we kept in touch by email. In April, I returned in Naples with several condos to visit. Barry Hoey took care with showing me all those which I wished to see.
