Gerald and team at Beach and Blvd are the best! I had lived in my house for some time and put in a lot of effort to get to a particular true-to-the-house character. They immediately got it and helped me across the finish line; project-managing a few straggling projects, recommending a few others, and staging. (I almost regretted selling when I saw how they staged it.) They really got the vision, and I think that was what get the house to a great selling condition. On top of that, and maybe more surprising, we were sold in less than a week and well above what I expected (and above asking price.) Gerald is super responsive (and patient when I was not so responsive) and very professional. I recommend them without any reservation, and would use them again if/when I have another house to sell.
