Going into the process of buying a home, I didn't fully understand how important a Realtor is throughout the home purchase process. Monica Foster was critical to our home buying experience. Monica adjusted here schedule on several occasions to show us a home within our schedule availability. She explained the positives and negatives of the homes and neighborhoods we visited. She was very knowledgable about the market value and added features of each home we were shown. We ended up with a home that we absolutely love at a lower price point than we expected. Monica was available day and night to answer our questions and greatly helped us negotiate and renegotiate our contract on the home. Monica also provided us with recommendations for inspectors as well as a Mortgage Broker that helped us navigate the complex and often frustrating home loan process.
