At that time we were unsure whether or not we were ready to buy a house but wanted to get a better idea of what we might be able to do. The very first time I met Brandon I immediately noticed his high level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. He made it very clear to us that he was willing to show us as many properties as we wanted to see and would never pressure us to make a decision we were uncomfortable with. As first time homebuyers we had very little understanding on how far our money would go and what was fair when it came to offers, Brandon quickly helped us to remedy that situation. Throughout the process we ran into a couple of situations where we wanted to see a house and Brandon was unavailable (due to short notice on our part) each time Brandon arranged for us to meet with Lana so that we could see the property when we wanted. Our experience with Lana was consistent in every way, each time she worked with us she was up-to-date on our previous conversations with Brandon which allowed our time to be every bit as beneficial to our process.
