Marcia Hawken has served Naples buyers and sellers since 1997 and has called Pelican Bay home since 1996. With particular expertise in Pelican Bay and Naples’ coastal luxury communities, she guides clients purchasing and selling beachfront residences, luxury condominiums, single-family homes and new construction.
Before real estate, Marcia built a successful career in fashion retail, founding Marcia Rommel at Denver’s historic Brown Palace Hotel and launching Harry Rosen Women in Toronto, which expanded to ten stores. Her background brings a discerning eye for design, presentation and personal service to her real estate practice.
Having lived in Toronto for more than 20 years, Marcia understands the needs of Canadian buyers seeking a home in Southwest Florida. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation with GUILD recognition and has been an Institute for Luxury Home Marketing member since 2015.
