Working with Kris Cuddy was a pleasure. The process of buying a new home is not something that most of us do very often. Kris helped us to ramp up quickly with the information we needed to know, covering diverse areas such as neighborhood and floor plan specifics, the design studio, financial considerations, homeowner information, building protocol, making sure we were current on documents and forms and legal things and more!Kris was a reliable contact for us, and always cheerful and upbeat. Sometimes I’d drop by the office just to get some reassurance on the schedule or the status of the progress, and her door was always open for me, and she always remembered to offer me dark chocolate (my favorite). We had several ‘hiccups’ in the process, and I felt that Kris was our advocate in trying to address the issues that arose.Even after Kris switched neighborhoods, she continued to assist us, since were within weeks of closing. When our house was delayed by several weeks and my family was “homeless,” Kris was our point of contact. She was there for us when we moved in too. She stopped by with a welcome package and even ordered pizza for us. That was really a blessing, since it was a rainy, cold night, and the movers could not finish moving all of our things. Her thoughtfulness with the pizza meant a lot, because it meant we didn’t have to worry about dinner, and didn’t need to eat in a restaurant again. Even though we ate dinner on our kitchen floor, it will always be a great memory for me of our first night.Although many of your agents may cover the same material with homebuyers, I felt fortunate to be working with Kris because we were immediately able to establish a great working relationship marked by communication, attention to detail, care for our concerns and questions and a can-do attitude.Overall, buying a home was very intensive, often frustrating experience; however, the level of service that we received from Kris Cuddy exceeded my expectations, and I feel very fortunate to have worked with her during this process.
