Before moving to Naples my cousin who is a realtor in Dallas personally interviewed 6 agents in Naples. She then presented us with who she thought were the top two. I am still not sure how she was able to close us so quickly with the aforementioned market conditions and set us up with ~10% equity in our house (based on her negotiating). The type of person I am, I don't give recommendations often. In my opinion a recommendation is a reflection of me and my reputation. I have recommended Leah to colleagues, friends, and complete strangers. I could not give a higher recommendation for someone - she made the entire process seamless and easy. She went above and beyond and did things we did not ask her (like going back over with the contractor personally the items the seller agreed to fix and ensuring it was all done before bringing me in to review myself).
