About Karen

Combining backgrounds in engineering, business, hospitality, I provide a high level of professionalism, service, and expertise. It is my passion and work ethic that make the experience unique and enjoyable for my clients and their referrals. 

For buyers, I listen and watch carefully to try to match a client to their dream home. Once they pick one, we work together to negotiate the best sales price and terms to win the property.  

For sellers, I help them analyze the market, keep aware of changes, and constantly communicate the status. All this information helps lead to better pricing and a more efficient sale; thus maximizing their return on investment.

For both buyers and sellers once we are under contract, it is my mission to make sure we close smoothly to bring even more joy to moving day!

For fun! I like to play just about any sport.  Being competitive means I am driven to make sure my clients meet or excede their goals.  I want them to love where they live!
