ritarotter: We live in Guatemala and when our daughter and family left Guatemala to move to Boulder, we decided that we wanted to buy a house also in Boulder. Our daughter contacted Kimberly Fels and she explained what we would be looking for. We wanted a one story ranch house because my husband can not use stairs due to his age and health. After looking at some houses, they saw a few possibilities. I came to Boulder to look at them and she showed us our dream house. It is in Gunbarrel and is everything we wanted. It has an open field in back and in the basement are two guest rooms and living room which is handy . The price was right.
