About Lawrence

  Prior to moving to the United States, Lawrence began his successful career in marketing and sales in London, England and during his career was nominated for a Fellowship at The Institute of Sales Marketing & Management, the United Kingdom’s only professional body for salespeople which promotes standards of excellence in sales and sales management. Lawrence began his Naples, FL real estate career as sales manager at Mediterra for London Bay Homes.  During his 13 years at Mediterra, Lawrence achieved remarkable results while servicing his clients in one of North Naples’ most desirable communities.Lawrence learned the importance of confidentiality, the fiduciary relationship between an agent and his client, exceptional service and communication and the invaluable advice of paying attention to even the smallest detail within a transaction.After a very successful time at London Bay Homes, Lawrence decided to move into general real estate on his own and apply the many skills he learned dealing in high-end real estate. Lawrence is well known for his in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and his ability to obtain successful results for those who have placed their confidence in him.In 2021, Lawrence partnered with William Raveis Real Estate and in 2022 formed Middletons – specializing in upscale golf and lifestyle communities and neighborhoods in the Naples, North Naples and Bonita Springs area.Lawrence has received recognition from The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and gained the Million Dollar Guild of Recognition and has also held two group sales Directorships prior to moving into real estate.
