“My wife and I needed to find a house quickly for our family of four after receiving government orders to relocate to the Washington DC area in fall of 2013. It was a challenging time as I was finishing up a year long overseas tour in Korea, while my wife was working full time and caring for our and children in NY. We contacted Nicole based on a recommendation of a friend. Nicole sent listings and contacted my wife frequently. She helped us refine our search and coordinated a visit to northern VA shortly after I arrived home from Korea. After a first attempt to go house hunting for a weekend ended in a car accident for us on the way down, Nicole rescheduled our trip and sent a bouquet of beautiful flowers. She worked hard to make sure we still were able to see all of the houses the following weekend. With only two days allotted to find the house of our dreams, Nicole was extremely efficient in creating and executing a plan to see numerous houses in a short amount of time. On the third and final day of our visit when we were supposed to be heading home in the morning, Nicole rescheduled her own appointments in order to show us a few more houses not on our original list. She would point out aspects about the house or area that we might not have thought about to make sure we knew every detail. Nicole made our house hunting experience not only productive, but also fun! She made sure we had yummy snacks, meals and coffee. Nicole was a pleasure to be with and she quickly became a friend. After deciding on a home, Nicole was extremely efficient in expediting paperwork and letting us know exactly what we needed to do and when it needed to be completed by. Our closing time had to be changed due to a delay inour movers loading our household goods and Nicole did everything she could to accommodate this and was able to change our appointment time to close on the house. After the closing, Nicole celebrated with us and continued to keep in touch. She is exceptional at what she does and truly cares about her clients. We were truly blessed to have had Nicole as our Realtor. We could not be happier with our house or the area in which we live.”
