Myname is Maura Bain and I specialize inhelping buyers and sellers buy, sell, or invest in real estate in the coastal areas of Virginia- Va. Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg, Virginia.  

As a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty, I specialize in buying and selling quality, distinctive, and unique homes. 

I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and a Military Relocation Professional.  Growing up as part of a Military family, has given me an appreciation and special insight into the financial, logistical, and emotional stress of military families and their moves.

Having come from the medical field, as a veterinarian, it is my pleasure to “diagnose” your real estate needs and “prescribe” the correct solution for a WIN-WIN combination.  

With extensive training in internet technology, I can give you the latest and greatest tools for marketing your properties. 

A little about Maura Bain- I love to work out.  I love the beach, body boarding, and surfing; as well as, singing and volunteering for my church, Big House Church, and Joy Ministries.  I am a Mom to three beautiful women, and two beautiful golden retreivers.  I am passionate about healthy living, faith, and family. I am also an avid reader.

My full name is Maura Callan Bain, and my goal is to be“H2O” to you- Hardworking, Helpful, and hOnest.  Oh, and I am also a Hokie, just to throw in another “H”.  I am a double dipper from Va. Tech, having majored in Biochemistry and Veterinary Medicine.
