I truly understand buyer's/seller's priorities & concerns: Mypartner/myself have (due to career opportunities) relocated 8 times in past 20 years prior to permanently "living in paradise" Siesta Key, FL (Sarasota). We have bought & (successfully) sold many homes--even during economic down-turns by always evaluating our needs for a home, market conditions & resale without compromising on design or location. Understanding Real Estate has always been a financial necessity.

My past professional career includedpositions as an Executive Director of a Non Profit as well as Health Care Administrator. I had direct responsibilities for Revenue Growth/Budget; Marketing; Negotiations with International PharmaceuticalCompanies as well as various Industry Vendors and Health Insurance Carriers.

My accomplishments specific to Real Estate & Home Design include being featured/profiled in both the Chicago Tribune's Real Estate Section & Nashville's NFocussocial magazine (home design/real estate edition). Additionally, since 2013 I have also held position as Senior Marketing Director, Real EstateDivision for Film House productions--specifically for a new Social Media product (and a featured article on the front page of the Wall Street Journal's Real Estate Section)--the use of mini-movies for luxury properties.
