I cannot even begin to describe how fabulous Kim was in helping us find our new Florida home. She went above and beyond any realtor we have ever dealt with in the past. She was ALWAYS available to answer each and every question we had, and showed us every house we wanted to look at. She even recommended the best restaurants, marinas, night life, etc. in the area. She also took the initive to come up with a list of houses for us to look at while we were in Florida for just a few days. During the 15 years I have been a full-time Florida resident, I have had the pleasure of living in several coastal towns.  I can tell you from my heart that this is a great place to live with so much to offer.  I love listing and selling homes here!  I have been in real estate for 25 years.  My real estate career began on the east coast of Florida where I was originally licensed in 1992 in Boca Raton.  I grew up in a family where business ownership and real estate investing were a way of life so real estate has always come naturally to me.   I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing, owned and operated a business importing furniture and décor, owned a very successful retail home furnishings and decor business for 10 years and have a background in interior design and staging in addition to my real estate experience.
