Virginia Silberstein started in the Real estate industry in South Florida in 2005 after nurturing a 10 year career in the entertainment business, working for multinational companies in Film and Television productions in Paris, France.

Virginia's International background allowed her to develop a global mindset and this unique edge and perspective propelled her success in the Central Florida property market. Her ability to work efficiently with her foreign and local client's team: business managers, lawyers, financiers, agents etc., makes for a powerful business strength that sets her apart. 
Virginia worked as a Regional Project Coordinator for a renowned property management company based in South Florida, supervising the sales and management of numerous projects of condominium conversions throughout the State of Florida. Virginia also implemented Real Estate Marketing programs for a successful Florida Home Builder, as a Marketing Director.
