Gwen was very knowledgable about the housing market in our area and overall selling processes. She was very professional and pleasant to work, even though our situation was less than 'typical'. Living out of state, having a renter in our house and trying to sell it is probably not the easiest feat but Gwen was able to tackle it very successfully. We had listed our house once before and had many open houses and showings but were not successful with selling it for what we wanted in the end. With Gwen, the house did not stay on the market for long and we actually ended up getting more than asking. Everything went smoothly and the process was as stress-free as it could be for selling our first home. We definitely recommend Gwen and her team when looking for a professional and knowledgable real-estate agency to help with buying and selling a home. We will be using them again when the time comes to buy a new home.

We have used Gwen to purchase our condominium in Clarkston and also our home in Lake Orion. We purchased the condominium while we were living in China and she took care of everything including the research, negotiations, inspection, closing and redecorating. The whole process was easy and the condo was ready to move in when we arrived. We used Gwen's expertise again when we purchased our current home in Lake Orion and again the advice and service was invaluable. I received a weekly listing and showing summary by e-mail and a sellers market review on the 15th of every month. I was provided a link to view my home's listing online and the virtual tour that is posted on all listing websites is outstanding.
