We began our Realtor search in September 2011 by viewing listings, websites, and visiting open houses. My wife took the lead in meeting a few local Realtors. After visiting one of The O'Reilly Team's open houses, she felt very comfortable with Luke and the professionalism he demonstrated for the clients that he was representing. As a result, we arranged for a meeting at our home and asked Luke to provide his thoughts on how best to approach listing and selling it. We were relocating from Ancaster to Western Canada for work and knew we needed a strong Realtor to help us through the process. We both felt Luke came well prepared with market information, good knowledgable responses to our questions and was eager to earn our business. We decided Luke earned our listing and signed the paperwork. Luke said from the beginning selling the house was a partnership and I can certainly say he approached it as such. The O'Reilly group was suggested to me by my brother. My brother had the O'Reilly group sell his house. He said Luke was a very pleasant person to work with. It turned out to be the best phone call I have made. Our situation was we needed to sell my Mom's condominium to subsudize her moving to a retirement home. The O'Reilly team worked wonders. The condo was sold in 5 days. The staging was unbelievable. I could not believe it was my Mom's place. The virtual tour was amazing. Luke also helped us navigate movers and cleaners. About Luke
Luke is an extremely dedicated and hard-working individual who always puts one hundred percent into everything he does. Whether buying or selling, clients can rest assured that Luke will always go above and beyond before, during and after each real estate transaction so that they are completely satisfied.
Luke was raised in Caledonia by his parents Dave and Pam, and was surrounded by real estate for the majority of his upbringing. After attaining an Honours degree from McMaster University and working in both the Pharmaceutical and Metal Recycling industries, Luke joined his parents in 2010 as a Sales Representative in what has now become a real estate team. In 2012, Luke's passion for the industry led him to attain his Real Estate Broker's designation.
As a Communications major in University, Luke understands and strongly believes that excellent communication and competence are both key fundamentals required to make each real estate transaction effective and successful. Similarly, Luke believes that making well-informed decisions is key. Therefore, Luke's clients are always provided with the most accurate, up-to-date, and cutting edge industry information.
When not helping clients buy or sell, you can find Luke working out at a local gym, enjoying the company of great friends, or planning trips abroad to snowboard, surf, hike or just about anything else involving exploration! Luke is also an active volunteer within his community as he sits on various committees for Hamilton's chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society and is a past member of the Realtor's Association of Hamilton-Burlington's Charity Auction Committee in support of the Children's Fund, as well as a past member of the Communications and Government Relations Committee for the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington.
