About Susan

I am an energetic full time realtor at Baird & Warner in Naperville.   All people are unique and I think it's important to listen to my client's specific real estate needs and to fulfill and exceed their expectations.  I take pride in being dedicated and very accessible to my clients days, evenings and weekends.  Listing magnificent homes in Naperville and designing unique property specific marketiing plans is my passion.  I am very particular about preparing my listings for the marketplace.  I want my listings to stand out on the internet and be even more impressive in person.  I achieve my success by offering professional staging, upgraded photographs, deluxe brochures and floor plans to all of my listings.  This is an expense that I take on to achieve optimal results for my most valued sellers.  My goal is less time on the market for top dollar!

I am a graduate from Florida State University where I majored in hospitality management with an emphasis on marketing. My strong sales and marketing background, hard working habits, coupled with my artistic sense of style gives me the competitive edge my clients require in this marketplace.  I can take the pressure off of  you when your home goes on the market by doing more than you expect to bring real prospective buyers to you. 

As a Naperville resident, my two wonderful daughters and I take advantage of everything this gorgeous suburb has to offer.   That includes long walks on the river walk with our dog Dusty, dining in fabulous restaurants, shopping in unique boutiques, not to mention the amazing extracurricular activities and top notch school districts.  As a hobby, I keep my piano skills up to speed by teaching  a few neighborhood kids piano and I love doing Bikram yoga!
