When it came time for my family to purchase a home we set out looking with high expectations and Betti rose to the challenge.Betti has a relaxed style and was open and honest with us every step of the way. We never felt like she was being pushy or showing us properties that were beyond our reach. Betti was very well-versed in the properties she showed us, and we never had a question about a property that she didn't have a quick and accurate answer for. What's more, we found her input on many of the homes we were looking at invaluable, and before long she became a trusted sounding board for our thoughts about the properties she took us through.I can also say that, as an attorney, Betti was fantastic to work with during the closing process. She was a pleasure to schedule inspections and other necessities with, and was always timely and prepared. Her work was far from easy; there were times when I would be calling her repeatedly throughout the day as I tried to herd all manner of professionals through the property to make estimates and reports, and without fail Betti managed to accommodate our needs. It's an understatement to say that Betti is a trooper, and I appreciated her flexibility and positive attitude throughout the entire process. I wouldn't pick anyone else!

We first met Betti Russo when our son was buying a house. His buying process was not an easy one, and Betti had exhibited kindness and patience while dealing with our 26 year old, plus advised him wisely throughout the process, which kept having bumps along the way. We were so pleased with how she handled the obstacles that popped up with his purchase, that we decided to use her to sell our home in Ringwood. The decision to sell was a tough one, as we had built our home and raised our family in it.From the start of the process, Betti was totally professional. She did a wonderful market analysis, which gave us a true starting point for pricing our house. Betti advertised the house nicely and held several open houses as well. There were many showings throughout the time it was listed. We were ready to lower the price but Betti felt the house was priced appropriately. An offer came in and a price was negotiated quickly. I believe that other realtors may have advised us to lower the price when we suggested it. It was wonderfully honest of Betti to advise us not to. The inspections and further negotiation process became somewhat involved. Betti was now representing both the buyer and us. She handled the back and forth negotiations extremely professionally.We would highly recommend Betti as a Realtor. We have now seen, between our son’s purchase and our sale, how she handles both sides of a transaction. My daughters and I had the pleasure of getting to know Betti through the Ringwood Recreation Football Cheerleading Program (RRFC) where she served as Director for several years. Over 100 girls from 1st Grade to 8th Grade participate in this program. Running the entire program is no small task. Betti’s leadership and direction were outstanding through both football cheerleading season and competition cheerleading season. I was a squad advisor for several years and found the experience to be fun, fulfilling and rewarding. Betti sacrificed countless (both day and night) to not only run both programs, but improve them along the way. I can’t express enough how hard she worked to make the RRFC a great sports program and one which I am very proud to be a part of. In her role as Director, she offered guidance, support, and was a great listener. She was a fantastic leader; always being level-headed and fair. We will miss her leadership, as her daughter graduates and is off to high school.
