We listed our house with Jane in 2014 and were extremely happy with the service she provided. We had called and met with several real estate agents when deciding who to go with and definitely made the right choice. We were skeptical at first because she said that our house commanded a much higher listing price than what the other realtors were telling us. She explained that the house was different and that the price has a lot to do with how it shows and even how it feels! Somehow in her stories we fell assured with what she said (Jane is an awesome storyteller). Well, the proof is in the pudding- the house sold at a price that was 20% higher than what the other agents were recommending as a starting price. We even had a bidding war! On moving day we were unable to fit everything into the truck so she offered to store the remaining items until we could arrange for them to be picked up (we moved out of state). She also offered to make a few trips to the recycling center for us. Jane went above and beyond for us and treated us as individuals, not as a business transaction as many might do. She knows how personal and emotional selling a house can be and she takes that into account. Jane makes you feel like you have known her for years because she cares so much. When there are repairs that my properties need to be done, she will help me out on making sure the repairs are done properly. She will even go there personally to make sure everything is done right and adhere to the Association and Township codes. You cannot find a realtor like her in these days that she take pride of her career and profession. In addition, her customers are her number one priority. She treats customers’ issues as her own. Jane impressed us with her professional , knowledge , honesty and patience. As a first time seller, we had a lot of uncertainties. That was a house we had lived for more than ten years. We had very busy working schedule too. Jane gave us precious suggestions how to present the house without wasting time and money. She was easy to reach , very helpful to get resources for necessary home improvement project with reasonable price. The house sold not only quickly even before the scheduled open house but also above the listing price! On closing day, there were some unexpected garbage piled up after final cleaning. Unfortunately our township would not pick them up with non schedule collection day. Jane immediately called special services to resolve the problem. Her performance was far beyond our expectation!
