About Dennis

I have been very fortunate to be able to call Fredericksburg my home, well, as I like to say when people ask me how long I have been here, "since day one".  Other than a four year stay at Texas Tech in Lubbock, this has always been my home. A lot has changed here over the years, this has not always been the thriving, bustling community with hundreds and hundreds of bed and breakfasts along with dozens of wineries for visitors and locals alike to enjoy.

I began my real estate career in 1997 after almost 20 years as a commercial general contractor which included projects not only here but also into Austin and San Antonio.  Those experiences have been a valuable foundation to expand on into the real estate business.  In 1999 I had the opportunity to purchase an existing office and shortly thereafter I acquired the rights to the RE/MAX brand for Fredericksburg, a move that at the time I did not realize would be as instrumental to the business as it has proven to be.  That famous RE/MAX balloon and luxury properties make a perfect match.
