And I’ve personally I’ve had bad experiences with real estate professionals in the past and have closed deals thinking, “what exactly did I pay for?” So I was cautiously optimistic given the co-worker’s recommendation. Now, after Paola closed houses for us as both a buyer and seller, I am quite happy that we decided to use Paola and will continue to use her in the future. Our experience with Paola was top-notch. First and most importantly, Paola was incredibly responsive and available. We decided to list our house the Sunday before a Friday listing—this was no problem at all for Paola; she had a stager there on Monday, pictures on Wednesday, and marketing materials completed by Thursday. Paola was also very good at negotiating with the other side, both before the offer and after. And after Paola secured multiple offers above asking price, she expertly guided us through the process of selecting the best overall offer. Simply put, Paola made a stressful and potentially tricky transaction routine and straight forward. Like my co-worker, I will continue to recommend Paola to my contacts.

When we were looking for a realtor, we were looking for a person that (1) knew specifics of the Austin area well and (2) would help us figure out what home improvements to make, so we could get the highest price possible for our home. In Paola, we found both of those strengths. She was also very organized, and got us organized to put our house on the market on a specific weekend. She helped us find the right contractors, helped us with logistics when we couldn’t drive across town to meet or pay them. Paola is the most professional realtor we have worked with, and we have moved around the country a lot. I have recommended her to my friends and would heartily recommend her to anyone seeking to sell or buy their home

If you don't have an agent, or if you have any reservations at all about the agent with whom you are working, do yourself an immense favor and work with Paola. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate market in Austin, she has a ready list of all sorts of reputable and valuable contacts ranging from mortgage brokers to hardwood flooring experts, and most importantly, she will work tirelessly to ensure that you will find and buy the house you want. We were first time home buyers and we met Paola at an open house. My wife and I immediately connected with her. She is incredibly nice, has a warm personality and great sense of humor, and more importantly, was extremely responsive. There were few, if any, moments when we could not reach Paola on her phone. When we could not, she often would call back in minutes. Despite the fact that we seemed unsophisticated in the home buying process, and asked many, many questions, Paola guided us through it patiently and respectfully. Unlike other agents we used briefly in the past, Paola went to great lengths to ensure that she immediately informed us about home listings that were tailored to our interests and price. She did not just set us up on a daily feed of listings but individually analyzed each listing. And many times Paola would view a house as soon as it came on the market so that she could let us know personal details about the house of which we would not otherwise be aware. We closed on our home in the Rosedale neighborhood in February. Once we decided it was the one, Paola worked tirelessly, even well after the contract was signed. She coordinated constantly with the seller's agent, broker, and all contractors working on the house. She kept us updated at all times and kept us sane throughout the very stressful closing. We truly feel that we could not have asked for a better agent, and are thrilled with our house.

Our reality journey with Paola began on happenstance. She was holding an open house and we were just beginning to poke around what the Austin market had to offer. Special circumstances and extremely specific criteria limited our search radius to a small and very high demand area of Austin. Our chances of winning the lottery and getting struck by lightening in the same day seemed better than getting a house in our desired neighborhood. We felt so discouraged by our odds, but Paola sent a very simple text to me that said "I will find you a house. I promise." I was so grateful for her optimism and her tireless efforts, but I was still skeptical. Less than a week later, Paola true to her word call to say she had found our house! This would ordinarily be the point where the client/realtor relationship ends, but Paola still kept working for us long after she handed us the keys. She helped us find contractors, insurance agents, inspectors and movers. When my son mentioned he wanted to plant a vegetable garden, Paola stopped by with some material about gardening in Texas telling me she had promised it to Sam. I have done 9 corporate relocations all over the country in the last 20 years. It's safe to say I've worked with over 30 realtors and I have never worked with one as professional, knowledgeable and conscientious than Paola!
