Born and raised on the Space Coast and a lifelong resident of Merritt Island, Theresa Friend now resides here with her husband and three children and has been a resident REALTOR since 2004. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR, Theresa worked in real estate banking and private investing, which gave her a complete education regarding the financial side of real estate long before she was licensed in 2004.
