Over the next 3 weeks Lynn took us to about 20 properties. On what turned out to be our last day of searching; we looked at 6 homes. Ironically, one of the homes was a re-visit to a home that we nixed 2 weeks prior. After looking at the home again; we wrote down all the pros & cons of the re-visit and one other property and discussing why we had nixed it in the first place. We ended up submitting an offer on the "nixed" home and with great negotiating by Lynn on our behalf; we got what we wanted and closed on time.
