She was the seller's agent. I didn't have an agent in Md at the time so she was able to represent me as well in the purchase. She did both roles well, ensuring the seller got the best price possible, and also assisted me in the purchase process. Five years later in 2020, Laurie was my agent to sell my home. She advised me on the areas of my home that needed attention and didn't let me spend money on improving areas that really didn't give me the 'best bang for the buck'.
