About Todd

Todd has been serving buyers and sellers in the Appalachian Mountain and Lake country since 1986! He holds Real Estate Licenses in Georgia & North Carolina. He grew up on Lake Chatuge, has worked and recreated on every lake from Blue Ridge to Lake Burton. While some Realtors rarely venture outside their home territory Todd has designed a Real Estate program to help Sellers and Buyers on Lakes Blue Ridge, Nottley ,Chatuge, Burton & Rabun. Todd's knowledge isn't limited to Lake property. He has successfully listed, sold and developed numerous unique homes and acreage tracts in the almost 40 years he has helped clients and customers grab the Mountain Lifestyle.

Todd lives on the headwaters of the Hiawassee River with his wife Vicki. He spends his time hiking, fly fishing and boating. Todd and Vicki have a Son and his family living in the Atlanta area and a Daughter working as a professional for a Regional Builder.
