Lidiya’s career has an unusual origin, one stemming from the need to communicate. It all started when a family friend was purchasing their first home. The buyers spoke Russian—and Lidiya is fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian, so she served as a translator throughout the home buying process.
This sparked her passion for real estate. She went on to earn her real estate license in 2002, and she’s been seizing opportunities ever since. Lidiya has built a business from scratch, and she is experienced as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent, specializing in commercial properties and investments. Lidiya is also experienced in industrial real estate, developments, HUD properties, 1031 exchanges, REOs, short sales, bulk properties, and more.
