We would like to commend Kristin Frasier on her truly outstanding support and help in working with us to find a house in the Aurora, Co area during our relocation from Texas. Through our Keller Williams Realtor in Texas, we were somewhat randomly given Kristin's name. We were slightly concerned, not knowing anything about her, but as it turned out we could not have been luckier!Kristin is a true professional in every aspect of a Realtor. She tirelessly worked with us, first to understand our desires, then to scrub the MLS database to preview houses, and then pick the ones we would be most interested in. She quickly determined our needs and worked VERY hard to only show us homes that fit our needs. Kristin spent many hours with us, sending potential homes first thing in the morning and late into the evening. Although she has many clients, we felt like we were an exclusive client of hers! There was never a scheduling conflicts; whenever we wanted to look at a home, Kristin made the time to support our schedule. One house we were interested in required approximately five visits as we had to get estimates for possible improvements. Kristin cheerfully met us at the house every time. The purchase of this home did not go through despite all this effort, but Kristin never wavered in her full commitment in helping us, and within a few weeks, she helped us negotiate the contract of our new home in Aurora. Her patience throughout this process was incredible and her attitude was always upbeat, despite being somewhat "picky" customers!We were extremely pleased with the entire process of locating a home here and would most highly recommend Kristin to anyone, both as a local realtor or relocation specialist. About Kristin

Having lived in many states, I am blessed to call Colorado home for the past 30 years. As a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication I fell in love with the people of Colorado. The last 15 years I have lived and worked in southeast Aurora. I know the community, schools and people. My husband is a fifth generation native Coloradoan, so there isn't an area that we aren't familiar with. Our sons have gone to school and played sports in the Cherry Creek School district and we have great friends and family members in all communitites around.

Before the boys came into our lives, I was a wine sales person with a local distributor, leading into a wines sales manager position. My interest for wine continues with an added interest towards bourbon. I also enjoy working out and cheering on our local lacrosse and football teams.

Helping families with their real estate dreams is such a passion for me.  Each and every client that comes into my life enriches me in a new way. My areas of selling homes include Aurora, Parker, Elizabeth, Denver, Thornton, Brighton and all communities in between.
