Alan contacted us the following year and did another assessment of our home. We decided to list in July of 2015, and had it sold 9 days later. We had many showings every day. We’ve been searching for our new “Home” for a year- not an easy task since we currently live in Europe and had to do a lot of groundwork via email and phone calls. They are an extremely professional and experienced team, as they have been in Real Estate here is Springs for decades.We bought our current home with their team and they did most of the leg work for us, as I was in Afghanistan at the time.
