About Katherin

Triangle CEO Katherin Burnette is a North Carolina native with a unique story and a rich history in the Real Estate Industry. Having literally “grown up” in the real estate world, she obtained her general salesman's license at the age of 19 and achieved a full broker status by age 21. She has the distinction of being one of the youngest people in the state to reach that level of achievement within the industry. 
 
Katherin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Triangle Real Estate Group team. She has years of real estate management experience having worked for several other companies prior to Triangle Real Estate Group. She attributes much of her past success to the experience she gained as a manager with one of Raleigh's top real estate firms. For 11 years, she worked tirelessly to help her team achieve a huge level of success, helping the company achieve recognition as one of the top 5 real estate firms in the Triangle area. 
 
Recognizing that experienced real estate brokers often times fell behind in the industry because they were not well versed in the latest technology, Katherin launched Triangle Real Estate Group in 2013. An elite team of experienced and motivated real estate professionals, Triangle Real Estate Group utilizes the latest tech tools while delivering strong admin support. Continually striving to be very techie, Triangle Real Estate Group was recently recognized by Inman News for being the first real estate firm in the area to use Periscope.
