My first realtor on this particular property did not bring a solid offer during the peak Florida buying season and length of contract Shayla was the realtor showing the property more than any other. When my contract with realtor #1 expired I hired Shayla Twit. Within a week I had an acceptable offer. That offer fell through due to unexpected buyer medical issue so it went back on the market. In less than 3 weeks we had a better offer. All can be attributed to her hard work and professionalism. We have actually never met, but I feel I know her well, because of constant quality communications. She is THE BEST in the business!!!

I contacted Shayla via email and her assistant called me within five minutes. He asked if it was a good time to talk, and he put Shayla on the phone. She asked very appropriate questions about issues such as beach access, location, pet needs, desire for rental opportunities, etc. As the process evolved, she was very responsive with quick turnaround times, and changing our search criteria as we targeted what we were looking for. She lined up an afternoon of properties to see on the day that I was in town. We did not find the perfect property during the first day of looking, but the next morning she called with another property that had just lowered its price, and she arranged to have me see the property that morning. She found comparable properties and advised us on an appropriate offer. She was very helpful in the negotiation process. I would highly recommend her.

We found Shayla on Zillow after reading her many great reviews. I had inquired about a property I found on the site on Lido Key, Sarasota. There were a few realtors listed on there and she was the only one who responded. She then kept in touch consistently until we were able to come down to Florida from Ohio. We really had no idea what we were looking for and she took us to see every property we requested. She never ever gave us the "hard sell" and never made us feel like we were wasting her time even though we were all over the place at first. She doesn't give her opinion at all which we liked. I would say her biggest strength is her efficiency. I received almost immediate responses to the many emails I sent her. After looking at many properties, we decided on one of the first ones we looked at and kept going back to. We felt it was overpriced and we waited while it was reduced in price three times. She never said "oh you better jump now or you won't get it" or any thing like that. We ended up getting it at a great price. Thank you Shayla!
