Managing director/partner of the leading real estate agency in Aruba, RE/MAX Advantage Realty. Starting in 2003 with a move to Curacao for the launch of a restaurant which was later expanded into multiple restaurants and cafes locally, as well as in the Netherlands. After the sale of the businesses in 2011 and a move to Aruba a new venture into real estate started. Joining a big agency as an agent in 2012 and having many successful years during this time, the major switch only came later in 2015 when the opportunity to join RE/MAX as a partner and managing director was presented. In the following years to come, RE/MAX has grown to 15 agents while expanding its footprint in Aruba with 3 sales offices. At this moment the main focus is on expanding the already extensive client base, focusing on the luxury real estate market, agent retaining/recruitment along with increasing personal brand awareness.
