Athena Chilicas Barrocas, MBA is known throughout South Florida as the Real Estate Professional who advocates and negotiates for her clients. Athena earned her BA and MBA before becoming a Certified Luxury Sales Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and Certified Relocation Specialist.

Athena began her real estate career in Silicon Valley, CA in 1993. She sold luxury homes in the Bay Area from the mid-Peninsula to the Pacific Coastal communities. In 2015 she relocated to South Florida where she quickly became known for skillfully selling luxury homes and oceanfront condos. Weston and the neighboring cities is her true focus, however, she continues to sell homes throughout the United States.
