After serving his country for 30 years in the United States Navy, Pete began his highly successful real estate career in 2005 with Shorewest, Realtors® until January 10, 2012 when, (after founding Power, Realtors®) he launched his first real estate Brokerage firm. During his tenure as President and CEO of that company, under Pete’s guidance and leadership, he was solely responsible for taking a start up company from nowhere to the number two real estate firm in its third and fourth years of existence, as well as his firm being selected as “Best of Kenosha” for five consecutive years. He was also solely responsible for his company gaining membership into the Leading Real Estate Companies of the world (Leading RE). After a number of unsolicited offers to sell, Pete sold his company in February 2016 and began laying the groundwork for Mastermind, REALTORS®.
