About Michelle

Bringing extensive knowledge and experience of the Real Estate market, Michelle offers her clients an outstanding level of service. After completing Duke University Michelle began her career assisting in the complex legalities of Real Estate transactions helping clients and bankers communicate effectively to ensure a seamless closing; negotiating when necessary and assisting in dispute resolution. These experiences led her to seek highly specialized training to earn the designation as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert which taught her the importance of listening to her clients and truly understanding what they need. With her success in helping her clients reach their real estate goals she discovered that she wanted to continue to help her clients outside the closing table. She has always had a love of design and set out to grow her knowledge and experience by pursuing a degree in Interior Design.  With her Interior Design experience, she focuses on staging, superb photography, and an impressive internet presence to showcase her properties. Since adding brokerage and design to her skill set she has realized her dreams of helping clients not just find a house but a home, a place to create memories, build their lives and relish in their sanctuary away from the worries of the world. Honesty and Integrity are two characteristics that have helped Michelle build a business of repeat clients and referrals. As a member of National Association of Home Builders, The National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and Triangle Multiple Listing Service she has access to the latest tools of the trade, technology and information. 

Michelle has received specialized training in marketing Luxury Properties and has earned the distinguished Luxury Home Certification. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Global Network of Luxury Experts.  Michelle is also a member of The National Association of Professional Women where she was named “2016/2017, 2018/2019 Woman of the Year''. She is a member of the International Interior Design Association and an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Design. She is a member of the Wake County SPCA and ASPCA. 

Michelle has a zest for life and believes when you keep your mind and body healthy and strong you are better able to serve yourself and others. A self-proclaimed foodie you can find her and her family at the newest eateries sampling the areas finest cuisine. Michelle loves to travel the world with her husband and four boys learning everything she can about other cultures and enjoying the local cuisines along the way.  She was born in Pennsylvania but has called the south home for over 30 years.
