As a native of the charming suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, I am intimately familiar with the essence of "Southern Hospitality." Building connections and forging new friendships is a true joy for me. My journey into real estate began in 2003 when I embarked on a memorable road trip to Palm Coast, Florida with dear friends. The allure of the area captivated my heart, leading me to invest in properties across Palm Coast and ultimately establish my permanent residence there.

Combining my background in the Insurance Industry and Stock Market Investing, real estate became a natural extension of my passion. Since transitioning to a full-time Realtor in 2015, I have dedicated myself to continuously expanding my knowledge of the industry. In pursuit of excellence, I joined The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) in 2016 and subsequently earned my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation in 2017. Recognizing my proven performance in the Million Dollar and above market, I was honored with the GUILD designation in 2019. Additionally, I obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2016, followed by the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation in 2019. To stay at the forefront of the industry, I acquired the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification in 2021, and most recently in 2023, I became a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) and completed the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) program in 2019.
