Nick Libert is the best agent to work with. This is my second time using Nick's services, but this was a special situation especially when you are buying new and selling your home at the same time. My wife and I found out forever home, which Nick and his team were able to get us in to see the next day. Knowing that this could be the one, Nick scheduled our pictures for our current condo immediately for the following week because time could get tight. We saw the new house on a Saturday, put the offer in on Monday, the condo pictures were done on Tuesday, offer accepted on new house on Wednesday, and our condo was on the market on Thursday. I had no stresses during that whole process because Nick and his team are completely on top of their game. Now, we needed the funds of the condo for down payment of our new house. Nick's expertise of how to market homes shined through in this aspect. Our place was under contract in 7 days with a great offer and in the clear on the purchase. Nick was excellent in facilitating my first home-buying experience. From the start, he made sure that I had seen enough properties to make an informed decision before putting in an offer, and was always very responsive whenever one came up that I was interested in to make sure that we got in to see it on time. He have an objective but honest opinion about various places as he learned my preferences. As always, there were unavoidable problems (outside of our control), but even when those arose he worked to accommodate them and in all cases we were able to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
