About Cathy

Cathy Steward has been a Top Producing Realtor in the real estate industry in California and Texas for the past 20 years and counting. Her extensive sales experience and many valuable talents and skills makes her perfectly suited to guide clients calmly and intelligently through the transaction process. She takes pride in making the buying and selling experience fun and educational.

Cathy lives in Azusa and loves the San Gabriel Valley neighborhoods and lifestyle. After graduating from MTSU, Cathy spent the next 20+ years building a successful career in Corporate Advertising and Marketing in TX and NYC. She then decided Real Estate was the perfect career to utilize her talents as a marketer and communicator. And, her clients agree and have been referring her to their friends since the beginning of her career!

When working with buyers, Cathy listens to their needs and presents options as far as homes and neighborhoods that fit their needs. When working with sellers, Cathy spends a great deal of time researching comparable sales, neighborhoods and helps determine a successful price. She is actively involved in all steps of the process and most importantly reports to her clients on a daily and sometimes hourly basis.

Cathy is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert. When down time presents itself, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 18- year old daughter, who is a Freshman in college. Her hobbies include creating pottery on the wheel, cooking, reading watching her daughter play Lacrosse, or walking their 2 rescue dogs on the trails.
