Erica Anderson grew up in a real estate family. She is a third generation real estate agent and has helped countless people buy and sell their properties. As the owner and Broker-In-Charge of the real estate firm Team Anderson Realty, she is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. degree, emphasizing in Marketing.

Erica started her real estate career in 2008 when she joined a top Keller Williams Realty team in Cary as an administrative assistant and quickly became a licensed Realtor in 2009. Her professionalism, marketing background and real estate experience is quickly gaining her a powerful reputation in the Triangle area of North Carolina. She was recognized as the best Realtor of Holly Springs by the Holly Springs Sun (a People’s Choice Award) for 2012, as well as voted the Best Holly Springs Realtor by Suburban Living Magazine from 2016-2025.You might have also seen Erica on an episode of House Hunters which was filmed in Apex, Cary and Holly Springs and aired the Summer of 2014.

Erica is a hard worker who will stop at nothing to find her buyer(s) their ideal property or her sellers the highest value when selling their home(s). She has worked with buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Triangle and enjoyed being partnered with her late father, Doug Dittmann whom was a licensed real estate agent since 1982, starting in Boca Raton, FL with Century 21.
