I'm long overdue in telling you what happy homeowners we are because of Cathy Browne's diligent, tireless efforts to sell our house in Fairview and find us a new home in a short amount of time. I am writing to tell you about Cathy Browne in your Plano Texas office. My wife and I met Cathy after a friend referred her when we were considering selling our house in Allen, Texas. Cathy identified me as a tough customer during our interview and told me "I am going to sell this house and find you the perfect home - and you are going to say 'Cathy, you told me so'". From the start Cathy was very professional. She knew how to stage our house (diplomatically telling us some things we might not have wanted to hear about paint colors, decorations, etc.), helped us set an effective price, and aggressively lined up potential buyers. All of that is good, but in the end what really matters is results - and boy did Cathy get results! She presented us an offer the day after she listed our home with two more potential offers waiting in the wings. The offer was slightly less than what we were asking, but well above what we had targeted as our acceptance price. Cathy also represented us as a buyer's agent in the purchase of our new home. She helped us find a "spec house" built by one of the best builders in our market. She landed us a superb deal. She negotiated a 10% reduction in the price as well as a number of upgrades thrown in to boot - items like plantation shutters in the front, a built in grill, wood blinds in the back. Along the way we had issues with the buyer and the mortgage company; Cathy was there advising us and keeping not only the mortgage company and the buyer on track, but helping us stay focused on the big picture. In the end all turned out well, we have a great new home and have made a new friend in the process. And yes, I had to stand in the yard of my new home and say "Cathy, you told me so!" I would highly recommend our new friend - Cathy Browne, to anyone considering selling and/or purchasing a home in the area. 
