About Charlotte

Charlotte Quinn is a North Carolina native and has been a full-time licensed REALTOR® since graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. She takes great pride in her work and loves guiding clients through their housing transitions.

Charlotte handles each transaction with enthusiasm and care, whether it’s a starter home or multimillion-dollar estate. She understands the stresses that can come with buying or selling a home, and believes expert representation is critical to ensure a client’s interests are protected, in addition to making the process a smooth and successful one.

In 2020, Charlotte earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation. This coveted designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation and demonstrates her commitment to providing outstanding service for her clients.

Charlotte also holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) Designation for her expertise and documented performance in the top 10% of the local market. She’s also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar GUILD™ for her achievements in the million dollar and above residential market.

In 2018, Charlotte earned the National Association of REALTOR®’s Green Designation, which allows her to guide clients who are interested in their home’s energy efficiency and sustainability. In 2016, Charlotte was recognized as one of the ‘Top 40 Leaders Under Forty’ by the Triad Business Journal.

In her free time, she enjoys trying out new bars and restaurants, painting, gardening, home renovation projects, and of course exploring the Raleigh area.
