About Damon

With over 20 years of experience in the Triangle Real Estate Market, I aim to help clients find or sell a home, make smart investments, and achieve their real estate goals. Over my career I have worked with over 500 clients and sold over 110 million in volume. I have extensive experience with investment, resale, new construction, corporate relocations and luxury homes. My clients’ interests are my priority and I strive to provide a high quality, professional service so we can achieve the best possible results. My role as a real estate broker is to listen to my clients and develop a clear understanding of what they need and value. Through extensive education and preparation I eliminate the stress associated with the selling and purchasing of a new home. Client satisfaction is what defines a successful real estate transaction and it is my job to create opportunities to achieve that. 

I currently service all of Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston and Chatham Counties for buyers and sellers. Our office is located in the North Hills area of Raleigh and provides terrific access to the North Raleigh, Downtown Raleigh, West Raleigh, East Raleigh, Morrisville, Cary and Apex markets. I have enjoyed living in a variety of neighborhoods in Raleigh over the past thirteen years including Cameron Park, Avent-West, Mordecai and Hayes Barton.

• When not working with or for my clients, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family. I am an avid fisherman with a great appreciation for the North Carolina mountains and coast; I regularly volunteer with the Coastal Conservation Association. I also enjoy hiking, gardening, music, travel, conversational Spanish, cooking with my wife, and taking our Bullmastiff out for walks.
