I would like to take a minute to tell you about my real estate experiences with Pattie Jackson. The Paris family has known Pattie for several years. She has handled two home purchases and two home sales for us. The home purchases were for myself and for my nephew, Matt Paris. Both transactions were handled very professionally. No detail went unaddressed and both sales closed without a hitch. Where she really shined was on the listing side of the transaction. We entrusted her initially to sell the house my brother and sister and I grew up in over in Terrell Mill Estates. My folks had passed and it was time to move the property. A 1960’s brick ranch on a basement but well maintained, Pattie helped us navigate through multiple offers – some low ball; some tear down; some flip and some for a primary residence. She is well versed in all of these aspects thus guiding us to select the right fit in a buyer. She closed the deal at a price with which we were very happy. Her most recent contract for us is my house in the Pope School district. A 1981 vintage John Wieland home with a slew of upgrades, Pattie marketed this property to the hilt. The brochures, “home book” and well-written verbiage for the online marketing streams notwithstanding, her down to earth advice coupled with market knowledge and a genuine concern for us proved invaluable as multiple offers rolled in. A two day open house combined with the aforementioned factors netted us six offers – four of which were over list. With her guidance, we signed an offer after three days that was second highest but, and most importantly, most likely to close. We feel confident that the deal will indeed close and in doing so, will be the highest price paid for a home in the history of our subdivision. That kind of performance from a realtor is not commonplace – it’s exceptional. This is an absolutely true and accurate account of my family’s business experiences with Pattie. I am strongly recommending that my two daughters employ her services in the future. I wholly stand behind Pattie and her performance. Thank you for your time.

I have always had a creative and innovative side that has shown through in all the paths I’ve taken in my life. Many years ago I was in specialty retail in California, with Nordstrom. As it turned out, the training I received at Nordstrom became the important foundation for the excellent service and attention to detail that I give my clients to this day, assisting them with Buying and Selling Homes! Prior to my real estate career and after finishing school, I had a jewelry designing business, chaired many committees through school PTA’s, coordinated volunteers at a homeless shelter in Cobb Co., and much more.

My husband and I relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1987 with a Delta Airlines merger. Once our family began to grow we happily settled into the city of Marietta, where we still reside today, 20+ years later. We have three fantastic children, though they are not exactly children anymore! Our middle son, Kevin, now works with me as the team Director of Operations, and I could not have asked for anyone better. If fact, he is so proficient with technology our Keller Williams Atlanta North market center has persuaded him to be a regular Command instructor!

I attribute my success in real estate to the passion and dedication I have for helping people. When I team up with our clients, they immediately know through our team's actions how much we care about them and their real estate goals. Every property I market goes through a detailed preparation process to ensure the house sells fast and for top dollar. I give my seller clients a strategic written plan on getting their house ready, complimentary time with an organizer to help declutter, staging, and then use a top Atlanta photography company to showcase the home in the best light. Again, it is all complimentary! With buyers we are hands-on through the whole process, making sure they are confident with the home they choose. With both our Sellers and Buyers, the attention they receive never stops at the closing table, we love on them forever!

I have had the honor of serving on the Associate Leadership Council for my Market Center consistently since 2009. I love the challenge and opportunity to help with important business decisions for Keller Williams Atlanta North and assist agents in the market center with growing their business through mentoring and teaching classes.
