Not sure if you are aware of our story but we had another agent who helped sell our home, she was dishonest with us and we felt pressured if we were unsure about a certain home. We ended up having to give her more commission on the sale of our home to let us out of the buyer agent contract so that we could work with Melody. We are not happy we had to give her more because we felt like she didn't earn it, but in realty worth every penny not to have to deal with her.
