When working with Sherry, you get a seasoned professional who has lived, worked and worn many hats in South Florida since 1979. Having a background in landscape architecture, Sherry started her own landscaping installation and maintenance company in 1984, later adding a retail florist location on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach and a retail garden center in West Palm Beach. With clients such as IBM, Motorola, Kimberly Clark, WR Grace & Co., Pratt Whitney, The PGA Resort, The Kravis Center, The Palm Beach International Airport, and many others, the company grew into a tremendous success. Many years later, when Sherry became pregnant with her son, she decided the time was right to sell the company she had built and realize the dream of being a stay-at-home mom. Her mother, a business accountant and real estate broker, handled the sale and also urged Sherry to get her license and invest the proceeds from the sale of her landscaping company into real estate.

Initially, the emphasis was on investment and income producing properties that she would buy for herself. Sherry found that she had a keen eye for finding great deals both on and off the market. Fixing and flipping or fixing and "gripping", as she would say. Almost immediately, Sherry attracted investors and agents alike who wanted to work with her, learn what she knew and do what she did. Together, Sherry and her mother, Sharon, operated their real estate brokerage and Sharon's accounting practice out of their offices in West Palm Beach amassing a stunning market share of commercial, business and residential sales.

When Sharon retired from her accounting practice, Sherry sold the business for her in a "full circle" moment, and became the Broker of Record for Lee Property Sales. Sharon still holds an active real estate license today and works in an advisory capacity. Sherry is in charge of day-to-day operation and handles clients primarily in Martin County, while other members of her team cover Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.
