The Buxton's were tireless in their representation of us in our home sale and home purchase. They created a beautiful web site to sell our home, and made every possible effort to complete the sale. After the house sold, we asked them to help us find and purchase a house to replace the one we sold. The house we purchased required extensive repairs to bring it up to the standard of comparable houses. Marsha created a chart of the repairs needed and artisans to complete the repairs. Although their representation ended with the purchase, the chart she left enabled us to keep track of the workers and their charges. We were able to finish the work without confusion arising from a multitude of contractors. We would certainly recommend the Buxton team for either the sale or the purchase of a house.
